Our Terms
Payment
Accounts must be settled in full on the day of departure. We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and Switch cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards or cheques.
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise the room will be charged at the quoted rate for the duration of the booking.
Check in/out Times
Check in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. unless special arrangements are made at the time of booking.
On the day of departure, guests are requested to vacate their rooms before 10.30 a.m. Monday-Friday and before 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Car Parking
Vehicles left in the hotel car park are the responsibility of the guest.
Non-Smoking Policy
The hotel is non-smoking throughout. Smoking is not allowed in the any of the rooms, the cottage, or any of the public areas of the hotel.
Dogs and Other Pets
We may be able to accommodate dogs (particularly guide dogs) and other pets by prior arrangement.
