Our Terms
Payment
Payment is due on arrival, or prior to arrival, on larger bookings and certain events throughout the year. Cheques are not accepted, but most major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express.
Payment is due on arrival when booked directly with us by phone. If booked over the Internet the payment would be taken in full at the the booking but a full refund would be due if cancelled within the cancellation period. Please see cancellation policy
Group bookings may be charged in full prior to arrival even if booked directly by phone and also certain events throught the year maybe payable prior to check in.
Cancellations
We require from 12 noon, 48 hours notice of cancellations otherwise the room will be charged at the quoted rate for up to 2 nights chargeable.
A full refund will be given if a reservation is cancelled within the specified cancellation period. This however may not apply on certain events throughtout the year, which you would be advised of at the time of the booking
Check in/out Times
Check in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. unless special arrangements are made at the time of booking.
On the day of departure, guests are requested to vacate their rooms before 10.30 a.m. Monday-Friday and before 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Car Parking
Vehicles left in the hotel car park are the responsibility of the guest.
Non-Smoking Policy
The hotel is non-smoking throughout. Smoking is not allowed in the any of the rooms, the cottage, or any of the public areas of the hotel.
Dogs and Other Pets
We may be able to accommodate dogs (particularly guide dogs) and other pets by prior arrangement.
